Submission Instructions
- Complete all required forms accurately and legibly.
- Submit documents before your first shift or by the requested deadline.
- Send your documents using one of the following methods:
- Upload them in your assigned WhatsApp group.
- Email them to: career@cymatexconsults.com (include your full name in the subject line).
- Drop off hard copies at the office (if instructed by the admin team).
- Incomplete forms may cause delays in onboarding, payroll, or scheduling.
