✅ Call-Out & Cancellation Notice
• You must call Cymatex directly for any shift cancellation or lateness — even if you already informed the facility.
• Call-outs require at least 2.6 hours' notice.
• Late cancellations will incur a 2.6-hour charge.

Facility Late Cancellations:
• Facilities typically notify us 1.5 to 2 hours in advance.
• If canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice, you will receive 2 hours of compensation.

🕖 Same-Day Shift Protocol
• WhatsApp AND call 240-755-3544 until someone answers.
• For 7:00 AM shifts, notify us by 9:30 PM the night before.
• Notice after 10:00 PM is considered late.
• Always check your messages early in the morning and at night for updates.
• If your shift is canceled before 5:00 AM, you’ll be notified via phone or WhatsApp.

⚠ Facility Cancellation Without Notice
• Do not leave the facility if told you are not on schedule.
• Call the Cymatex office immediately and continue calling until you reach someone.
• Also send a message to your assigned WhatsApp group.
• Cymatex will coordinate with the facility to request inconvenience compensation on your behalf.

💵 Compensation Conditions – When You Will NOT Be Paid
• You left the facility without office confirmation.
• You didn’t go to the facility — even if someone told you not to.
• You arrived late and were canceled.
• An alternative shift was arranged and offered same-day.
• You were sent home early — only hours worked will be paid.
• You failed to clock in/out at the kiosk.

📍 On-Site Conduct & Compliance

⏰ Lateness:

• Clinicians are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Late arrival is defined as more than 5 minutes past the scheduled time.
• Arrival 15+ minutes late may result in disciplinary action (e.g., warning, cancellation, suspension).
• Arrival 20+ minutes late is considered No Call/No Show and may lead to termination.
• Repeated lateness may affect shift assignments and facility trust.

🚫 DNR (Do Not Return) Status:

• Frequent lateness or call-outs may result in being placed on DNR status at a facility.

🛠️ Workplace Issues:

• Report issues (e.g., computer not working) to both the facility supervisor and Cymatex immediately.

✅ Assignment Completion:

• Facilities may request your return if tasks (e.g., charting) were left incomplete.

📚 Training Requirements:

• Additional training may be required by the facility. Cymatex will notify you in advance.
